Detail
Safety valve is the name given to the valve mechanism which automatically releases the gas when the specified temperature or pressure is reached in the pressure tank and other systems. It is important to use safety valves to ensure safety in boilers and tanks. Safety ventilators are also used as auxiliary elements in heat exchangers and pressurized tanks. The membrane in the valve is manufactured to be resistant to wear. The opening pressures are constant and, if desired, the set values can be preset in the factory.
It is installed in the system to prevent the fluid pressure in the installation from rising excessively and damaging the plant, a different device connected to the plant or the van. It has a springy mechanism that works with the principle of counterpressure. Different connection diameters are available depending on the boiler capacity and the amount of water in the installation. In situations where the valve capacity is insufficient, multiple safety valves can be connected "in series" to the line.
